KATIE, HOST & YOGA, MOVEMENT SPECIALIST
Katie is a specialist in Hatha Yoga, 500hrs training in Indonesia, and is a certified instructor in natural movement, using Ginastica Natural training techniques to help keep you body subtle and strong. With a love for the outdoors and the ocean, Katie will guide you through yoga and movement classes in stunning locations and areas of outstanding natural beauty.
Katie focuses on breath awareness and meditative breathing exercises to help your body function at it’s optimum level, calming the mind and relieving some of the stresses of everyday life. A strong believer in the powers of nature and the ocean to relieve tension in the mind, Katie will accompany you on outdoor adventures and help you to remember not to take life too seriously!

VICTORIA, NUTRITIONAL CHEF
Victoria offers a high-level of expertise in health-supportive cuisine. She is a professionally trained nutritional chef, living food specialist and certified health coach who advises food product start-ups, restaurants and private clients on the art of healthful cooking. She also writes professionally on the topic of health and wellness for a variety of online and print publications.
Her in-depth knowledge of healthful cuisine, combined with close to a decade’s commercial trading experience at one of the UK’s largest FTSE 100 companies, are invaluable when looking to foster a healthy lifestyle within a corporate environment. When not running retreats, Victoria keeps herself busy in her role as Head of Food for recipe-box global market leader ‘Hello Fresh’ where she is responsible for a team of chefs tasked with creating nutritious daily menus. Her specialties include: gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, raw and plant-based cuisine.
ALEX, FITNESS & EXERCISE GURU
Alex is passionate about health. He has a wealth of experience working with all types of clients helping them reach their fitness goals as a personal trainer at Gymbox in London. He has just returned from the USA where he was working on the athletic performance of football players. Alex combines knowledge and experience in fitness with a positive mentality and friendly demeanour, making everyone feel welcome in his sessions.
A certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Nutrition Coach, Alex applies his education to each individual and their own barriers to becoming healthy. He believes that sustainability in behaviour change is fundamental to improving health. This is the foundation of his health and wellbeing company Movement.
